- personal or player information you provide to Howard Sports when you: enroll in a program or league, subscribe, request information, or utilize our on-line Clearinghouse or contact;
- anonymous tracking information collected as you visit our sites
When personally identifiable information is collected, you will know because you will have to fill out a form or you have asked us for assistance.
When you visit the Howard Sports Website (Saco and Topsham) we may collect tracking information such as your browser type, the type of operating system you use, and pages you visited on our sites. None of this information identifies you personally; we use this information to make our sites more useable to you, your league and your schools.
HOW YOUR INFORMATION WILL BE USED
Howard Sports may use information that you provide to contact you. If you have supplied any personally identifiable information, Howard Sports will not sell, rent, swap, or authorize any third party to use any information that specifically identifies you, without your permission.
PLAYER/YOUTH DATA
The protection and privacy of you or your children's data is important to Howard Sports. Player and/or child information will only be shared with authorized Howard Sports associates (coaches, child care specialists, etc.). We will never share your contact information with a 3rd party unless you provide explicit consent.
ONLINE CLEARNINGHOUSE
Howard Sports provides a submit form to allow you to post information online (players needed, team needed) to assist with league administration. If you submit basic contact information to the Howard Sports Clearinghouse, you provide consent to have this info posted online for public use. Howard Sports is not responsible for any consequences, intended or unintended, of the display of this information.
OUR E-MAIL POLICIES
Email newsletters: If you have registered your email with Howard Sports, we may send you an E-Letter newsletter. If you no longer wish to receive the E-Letter, please follow the 'unsubscribe' instructions located at the top or bottom of each newsletter.
